Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Tim now lives in Arnold with his wife of 22 years (his high school sweetheart), their two children, and two charmingly mischievous English Bulldogs. A proud local, he knows Maryland inside and out—and uses that insight daily to serve his community with authenticity and heart.

Tim holds a B.A. in Intelligence Studies and works with Simple Moves Group at Douglas Realty, where he’s known for blending professionalism with personality and putting people first, always.
